Simple rub for meat with a Caribbean flair.
Adobo is a unique seasoning rubbed in meat or poultry
- 1 Peppercorn
- 1/4 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- 1 Clove garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon lime juice
- Crush the peppercorn, oregano and garlic in a mortar and pestle
- Mix all ingredients in bowl
- Rub ingredients into meat
