  • 1 Peppercorn
  • 1/4 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 Clove garlic
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon lime juice


  • Crush the peppercorn, oregano and garlic in a mortar and pestle
  • Mix all ingredients in bowl
  • Rub ingredients into meat
